Spreading The Gospel Through Correspondence Courses

“We are products of our past, but we don’t have to be prisoners of it.”

Rick Warren

 To Whom it may concern,

Firstly, thank you to everyone involved and may God bless everyone who touches this letter and envelope carrying it. My prayers and love to all involved in the process of ths correspondence, may the Lord be with you. Anon.

Please pray for my wife and kids and for God to draw their hearts to Him. Please also pray for healing and reconciliation in our family. For God to work miracles in our family. I want to specifically ask for protection for my wife and for God to direct her in all areas… spiritually, mentally, emotionally, sexually, and physically. Please pray for God’s Grace and for a big turn-around in my family.   Thank you, Josh

Thank you, Lord for James G., accepting the Lord Jesus into his heart on 4/30

Thank you Lord for the salvation of Michael while studying The Greatest Man  Alive

Robert M   in response to “An experience of comfort of God that you have passed on to others” while studying the course on Corinthians:

“My profound change (new creation) came to me at great pain and suffering, the new me, the new creation. I am now His peace, joy and happiness. Before this I was in turmoil, pain, and suffering, hate, all kinds of negativity.  I look back on that time with shame. But I know now how far God has brought me-to a life full of peace-joy-happiness-contentment. I share my past testimony with those who need to hear it in the hopes they will find the same path to peace-joy-happiness. I hope when they hear just how far I’ve come, they become inspired to take that necessary foot forward. “

Robert also writes “My life before now was in the pursuit of “stuff”-what I could do and get for myself. After a while I amassed a lot of “stuff” and now none of these things mean anything to me. I completely ignored the more valuable treasure of all.   Now that I can see, now that I’m looking the right way, I can clearly see what my eyes can’t see but my heart can see and that’s the biggest treasure of all!”

From the lesson on the gospel of Matthew David writes “The cost of discipleship was giving up sinful relationships, watching shows I thought were funny but mocked God, the things I’m used to having that were bad for me, booze, drugs, sex, etc.  But I am so glad they’re gone now that God has fixed me. Basically, the cost really turns out to be a gain! Praise God!!

DIRECTOR’S COMMENTS

We celebrated the fourth of July a few weeks ago.  It was a time to reflect upon the many freedoms we enjoy in this country, especially our freedom to worship, freedom to pray, freedom to assemble and the freedom to share the gospel, among many. I was thinking of the words Jesus spoke to His disciples in the Gospel of John concerning true freedom.

“ and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”  John 8:32

“ So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.”  John 8:36

We are free from the bondage of sin and Satan.

Every month we receive testimonies from inmates who have received this freedom when they put their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work.

Praise the Lord!

I want to thank all of you for your partnership in this ministry through your prayers and financial support which we need now more than at any other time.
